Ingredients

• – 1 Packet – Zorabian Chicken Tandoori Tikka (500g)
• – Tortilla sheets/wraps of your choice
• – 1-2 cups finely chopped cabbage (purple cabbage is optional)
• – Additional veggies of choice if required
• – Handful of parsley/coriander leaves
• – Handful of mint leaves

For the Sauce:

• – 2 tbsp sour cream
• – 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
• – 1 tbsp chilli-mayo sauce
• – 1-2 tbsp lime juice
• – 1 tbsp garlic powder
• – Salt if required

For Garnish:

• – Pickled cucumber
• – Onions
• – Avocado

                               Instructions

1. Grill the Chicken:
   • – Grill the Zorabian Chicken Tandoori Tikka until fully cooked and slightly charred.
   • – Set the grilled chicken aside.
   • Prepare the Sauce:
     • – Mix sour cream, chipotle sauce, chilli-mayo sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
     • – Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
     • Assemble the Cabbage Mix:
       • – Add shredded cabbage, chopped coriander, lemon juice, and mint leaves in a separate bowl.
       • – Pour the sauce mixture over the cabbage and mix everything together until the cabbage is evenly coated.
       • Assemble the Tacos:
         • – Take the taco sheets and place a generous amount of the cabbage mixture as the base.
         • – Add the grilled tandoori chicken on top of the cabbage.
         • – Layer with sliced avocado, pickled onion, and pickled cucumber.
         • Finish with Sauce: Drizzle the assembled tacos with chipotle chilli sauce for an extra kick.
